“Getting to Results”: Identifying and Using Performance Measures for Improvement

You are invited to attend a free “Getting to Results” workshop on Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA), a data-driven, decision-making process that helps communities and organizations get beyond talking about problems to taking action to solve problems (learn more about RBA here).

Thursday, July 16th, 10am – 3pm

Location: AMY Wellness Foundation, 31 Cross St., Spruce Pine, NC 28777 (Small Banquet Hall)

Participants will:

  • Identify 3 types of performance measures
  • Practice identifying performance measures for your own program, initiative, or agency
  • Identify “headline measures” and discuss their value
  • Plan how to use performance measures to improve performance
  • Communicate how performance measures contribute to population well-being (i.e. how your work contributes to the overall community health improvement work)

This workshop is free to attendees thanks to generous support from The Duke Endowment. Lunch will be provided.
