Through a partnership with WNC Nonprofit Pathways we are excited to host a Financial workshop to organizations interested expanding their knowledge base to enable them to work at their highest capacity in the most sustainable way.
When applying for support from any funding source, it is vital to be able to reflect accurate and concise financial information. This workshop will help to demystify nonprofit financial reports through an overview of basic financial statements and how to interpret the information they present. Best practices for internal financial reporting such as Board reporting packages, dashboards, and basic financial analyses will be presented. Finally, the course will cover the basics of the IRS Form 990 and the wealth of information it includes.
