Brenda Howell-Sparks

Ms. Howell-Sparks has a Bachelor of Music from Converse College, a Master of Music from Appalachian State University, and a Specialist Degree from Appalachian State University, and has served as a career music teacher in Mitchell County schools.

Ms. Howell-Sparks is a North Carolina Real Estate Broker and owner of Howell-Sparks Real Estate in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. 

In addition to her service on the AMY Wellness Foundation Board, Ms. Howell-Sparks serves on the Mitchell County Board of Education and the Foundation for Mitchell County.  She is a member of Spruce Pine United Methodist Church and assists with its music program.
